pre-screening. We mainly focus on the data of applicants with higher education and knowledge of at least one
foreign language.

publication of job advertisements in the press (the choice of medium depends on your needs and the specifics
of the position) and utilization of our network of connections. These guarantee that we find the

The applications received are screened according to an agreed set of criteria. After
preselection of the resumes, the shortlisting process continues with a telephone interview, where we present
