The Data Controller, acting as a headhunting company, cooperates with its contracted partners in selecting the right professionals for their open positions. The Data Controller publishes the job offers of its contracted partners at https://www.hire-one.hu/?m=h1_ad_list_public. Data subjects may submit their applications to the Data Controller's designated employee via the contact details provided in the job advertisement. The Data Controller compiles a list of candidates deemed suitable for the position as per the assignment, which is forwarded together with the candidates' CVs to its contracted partner. The contracting party selects from among the candidates recommended by the Data Controller those with whom it wishes to enter into an employment contract or other contract establishing an employment relationship.

Personal data relating to the data subject's application, including in particular the personal data recorded in the applicant's CV and cover letter, as well as the data subject's contact details (phone number/email address).
The Company transfers data to its contracted partners on the basis of the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, for the purpose of filling vacancies at those contracted partners.
Beyond the above, the Company does not transfer data to third parties; however, it draws the attention of data subjects to the fact that legislation may require the disclosure of personal data to courts and authorities. Should a court or authority oblige the Company to hand over personal data in the course of proceedings governed by law, the Company shall be required to comply with its legal obligation and make the requested data available to the relevant court or authority.
