Privacy Notice and Process Description

For Applicants to Positions Advertised on the Company's Website

Hire-One Személyzeti Tanácsadó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság (hereinafter: Data Controller or Company), in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (27 April 2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: GDPR), hereby informs you of all facts relating to the processing of your personal data through this notice and process description. By participating in the process, you, as the data subject, become subject to data processing in accordance with this process description.

Description of the Data Processing Process

The Data Controller, acting as a headhunting company, cooperates with its contracted partners in selecting the right professionals for their open positions. The Data Controller publishes the job offers of its contracted partners at https://www.hire-one.hu/?m=h1_ad_list_public. Data subjects may submit their applications to the Data Controller's designated employee via the contact details provided in the job advertisement. The Data Controller compiles a list of candidates deemed suitable for the position as per the assignment, which is forwarded together with the candidates' CVs to its contracted partner. The contracting party selects from among the candidates recommended by the Data Controller those with whom it wishes to enter into an employment contract or other contract establishing an employment relationship.

The placement of potential new employees for the contracted partners of the Data Controller.

Legal Basis for Data Processing

Consent of the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.

Categories of Data Processed

Personal data relating to the data subject's application, including in particular the personal data recorded in the applicant's CV and cover letter, as well as the data subject's contact details (phone number/email address).

Third Parties to Whom Data Is Transferred During Processing, and the Legal Basis for Such Transfer

The Company transfers data to its contracted partners on the basis of the data subject's consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, for the purpose of filling vacancies at those contracted partners.

Beyond the above, the Company does not transfer data to third parties; however, it draws the attention of data subjects to the fact that legislation may require the disclosure of personal data to courts and authorities. Should a court or authority oblige the Company to hand over personal data in the course of proceedings governed by law, the Company shall be required to comply with its legal obligation and make the requested data available to the relevant court or authority.

Rules Governing the Exercise of Data Subject Rights

The Company hereby informs you that under the GDPR, following verification of your identity, you may exercise the following rights:

• you may request information about the processing of your personal data,
• you may request the rectification of your personal data,
• you may withdraw your consent to data processing,
• you may request the erasure of your personal data (under the conditions set out in Article 17(1) of the GDPR),
• you may request the restriction of the processing of your personal data,
• you may exercise your right to data portability (where processing is carried out by automated means).
